Removal, repair and To/in compressor installation
Tire out the car on the lift and empty К/В system.
4-cylinder petrol engines
To/in compressor design
|
|
- Separate the socket of the To/in compressor located on the console behind the right headlight (3 on an illustration).
|
- Weaken a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (4 on an illustration) and disconnect a hose together with the MAF (5) sensor, without separating its socket. Remove a hose aside.
- Remove the thermofilter from a final collector (6 on an illustration), weaken fixture of a perepuskny tube with the valve (7) and remove them.
- Separate sockets of fans of a radiator and weaken collars of fastening of a hose to a broad tank.
- On models from AT disconnect a hose of a maslookhladitel from the lower part of assembly of fans.
- Remove assembly of fans of a radiator.
- Disconnect a pressure head tube of a turbokompressor.

- Disconnect tubes low (11 on an illustration) and high (12) pressure from the compressor and shift them aside.
|
|
- Lift the car, remove casings and a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (13 on an illustration).
|
- Turn out 3 bolts (14 on an illustration) compressor fastenings, since top, and remove the compressor from a fixing hook (15).
- At need and the corresponding skills make compressor repair. Krnstruktsiya of the To/in compressor is presented on an illustration the К/В compressor Design.
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new sealing rings.

Petrol V6 engines
|
- Disconnect submitting hose together with the MAF sensor, without separating the sensor socket, and get away a hose aside.
- Remove the right section of a reshyotka of a radiator, the right headlight and the right index of turn.
- Weaken a tension of a multiridge belt and remove it, previously having marked the direction of its movement.
- Press both hoses of the GUR tank.

- Separate the socket of the compressor and remove the socket from the holder (8 on an illustration) then turn out bolts of fastening of lines of a low and high pressure to the To/in compressor (9).
|
- Raise the car and remove protective casings of an impellent compartment.
- Disconnect low - and high-pressure head lines from the To/in compressor and закупорьте the formed openings.
|
- Liberate 2 tubes of GUR liquid from holders on a stretcher (14 on an illustration), disconnect tubes from GUR (15) cooler, and remove a cooler (16). To Zakuporta the formed openings.

- Remove the inlet pipeline from the MAF sensor and a turbokompressor.
- Remove the right headlight with a protective casing and the turn index.
- Remove the top cover of the engine and separate the To/in compressor socket about the right headlight.

- Weaken a tension of a multiridge belt and remove it, previously having marked the direction of its movement.

- Separate connection (14 on an illustration) a GUR liquid cooler on the right side of a stretcher and закупорьте tubes. Separate the CKP (15) sensor socket.

- Turn out 3 bolts of fastening of the To/in compressor and remove it through an opening in a stretcher, having raised the compressor and having turned it forward.
