Removal and installation of pallets of a case

On diesel engines the pallet of a case consists of two parts: bottom (from sheet metal) and top (aluminum).

Bottom pallet of a case

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Poddomkratta the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.
  1. Turn out a drain stopper (2 on an illustration), lower impellent oil and give bolts of fastening of the pallet of a case (3).
  1. Clear interfaced surfaces of the bottom and top pallets of a case.
  2. Put on an interfaced surface of the bottom pallet of a case the hermetic roller (No. 87 81 841 according to the Saab catalog) with thickness of 2 mm.
  3. At a vvorachivaniye of a drain stopper use new laying.
  4. If necessary replace the oil filter.
  5. After installation fill greasing system, start the engine and check connections on existence of leaks.

Top pallet of a case

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove from a turbokompressor the inlet pipeline with the MAF sensor. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  2. Take щуп level of impellent oil, disconnect from its directing a cable and turn out from an elevating eye a bolt of fastening directing щупа.
  3. To Poddomkratta the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.
  4. Unload and remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
  1. Separate the CKP sensor socket, turn out a drain stopper, lower impellent oil and separate the socket of the sensor of level of oil.
  1. Remove directing щупа level of impellent oil.
  1. Turn out stretcher bolts on the right side and bolts of fastening of the right triangular leaf.
  1. Establish a pro-rate between the central arm of a stretcher and a body.
  2. Remove the To/in compressor and suspend it aside. Remove an arm of fastening of the compressor.
  3. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
  4. Turn out a forward bolt of fastening of a forward support of the engine (10 on an illustration).
  5. Lower the car on the earth and give a nut of a back support of the engine (see an illustration).
  6. Give the central nut of fastening of the right support of the engine (23 on an illustration).
  7. Lift the engine by means of the winch and remove the bottom pallet of a case.
  1. Remove the top pallet of a case and clear its interfaced surfaces, and also a surface of the block of cylinders.
  1. If necessary remove the sensor of level of impellent oil.
  1. Put on an interfaced surface of the top pallet of a case the hermetic roller (No. 87 81 841 according to the Saab catalog) with thickness of 2 mm and tighten bolts of its fastening. At first tighten 2 bolts specified an illustrations.

Establish a new sealing ring of a maslozabornik.

  1. Establish acting in film components in sequence, return sequence of their dismantle.
