Removal and installation of pallets of a case
|
|
On diesel engines the pallet of a case consists of two parts: bottom (from sheet metal) and top (aluminum). |
Bottom pallet of a case
|
|
- To Poddomkratta the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.
|
|
- Turn out a drain stopper (2 on an illustration), lower impellent oil and give bolts of fastening of the pallet of a case (3).
|
- Clear interfaced surfaces of the bottom and top pallets of a case.
- Put on an interfaced surface of the bottom pallet of a case the hermetic roller (No. 87 81 841 according to the Saab catalog) with thickness of 2 mm.
- At a vvorachivaniye of a drain stopper use new laying.
- If necessary replace the oil filter.
- After installation fill greasing system, start the engine and check connections on existence of leaks.

Top pallet of a case

|
- Remove from a turbokompressor the inlet pipeline with the MAF sensor. Remove the top cover of the engine.
- Take щуп level of impellent oil, disconnect from its directing a cable and turn out from an elevating eye a bolt of fastening directing щупа.
- To Poddomkratta the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment.
- Unload and remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.

- Separate the CKP sensor socket, turn out a drain stopper, lower impellent oil and separate the socket of the sensor of level of oil.
|
- Remove directing щупа level of impellent oil.
|
|
- Turn out stretcher bolts on the right side and bolts of fastening of the right triangular leaf.
|
- Establish a pro-rate between the central arm of a stretcher and a body.
- Remove the To/in compressor and suspend it aside. Remove an arm of fastening of the compressor.
- Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
- Turn out a forward bolt of fastening of a forward support of the engine (10 on an illustration).
- Lower the car on the earth and give a nut of a back support of the engine (see an illustration).
- Give the central nut of fastening of the right support of the engine (23 on an illustration).
- Lift the engine by means of the winch and remove the bottom pallet of a case.

- Remove the top pallet of a case and clear its interfaced surfaces, and also a surface of the block of cylinders.
|
- If necessary remove the sensor of level of impellent oil.
|
|
- Put on an interfaced surface of the top pallet of a case the hermetic roller (No. 87 81 841 according to the Saab catalog) with thickness of 2 mm and tighten bolts of its fastening. At first tighten 2 bolts specified an illustrations.

Establish a new sealing ring of a maslozabornik. |
- Establish acting in film components in sequence, return sequence of their dismantle.
|
